I Suggest That You Start Calling Two Minutes Before The Show That You Are Interested In Goes On Sale As It Takes A While To Navigate Through The System.

In General, I Find TM's Phone System Too Long And Plodding To Be Of Any Real Use.  To My Knowledge, TM Does Not Currently Have Any Toll Free Numbers With Live Operators - You Will Have To Use One Of The Local Numbers Available HERE.   Remember - With A Live Operator, You Are Relying On Someone Else To Key In The Same Information That You Would If You Were On Line ( Except Of Course They Do Not Have To Use Captchas ).   Obviously, If You Have To Relay To Them What You Want, And Then They Have To Key It In, It Will Take Longer Than If You Were To Do It Yourself.

Ticketmaster's Automated Line Is (866) 448-7849.  You Can Save A Little Time By Pressing "1" When You Hear: "Hi - This Is Kelly".  Beyond That You Just Have To Be Patient.  If There Is An Option To Choose Tickets In A Specific Location, You Should Probably Do So.  If You Allow The System To Pick ~Best Available~, And It Returns Very Poor Seats, You Will Have To Start The Process All Over Again, Whereas If You Select A Specific Area, And There Are No Seats Available, The System Will  Allow You The Option Of Searching In Additional Areas.
